Your wood flooring is delivered:

By appointment we deliver the wood and let it acclimatize in its new surroundings for 5 to 7 days before installation.

If there is a stain color to choose, you or your representative must be present to make a selection. It is too personal a decision to be left to us, as perception of color is very subjective.

Dust control option:  We can, at your request, visqueen off normal sized door opening, but this will not completely eliminate dust accumulation. We use painters tape, and cannot guarantee that the tape will not remove paint from affected areas.  Talk to your estimator about additional dust control options.
